Packing, Delivery and Delivery Rates
All items purchased from Bijouxb.co.uk will be sent using UK Royal Mail services. Dispatch will take place on the next working day (Monday to Friday) after payment has been received.
All items will be sent in suitable strong packaging which may be a letter packet, small parcel or parcel.
Delivery within the UK
Standard delivery – Free - Estimated delivery 3 to 5 working days.
Items sent to UK addresses will be sent free of charge. Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For posting will be used.
Royal Mail Special Delivery - £7.00
This option can be selected during checkout at additional cost. Delivery is guaranteed before 1PM the next working day after dispatch.
Bijouxb will have proof of posting but cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or damage in transit. Higher levels of insurance and other methods of posting can be arranged. Please contact us for details.
International Shipping
Bijouxb will use UK royal mail services to ship items to Europe, USA and the rest of the world.

Orders up to 100 grams £8.00 Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For.
Orders 100 grams to 750 grams £10.00 Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For.
For orders above 750 grams and higher levels of insurance will be priced separately.

USA, Canada and Australia
Standard delivery. Estimated delivery time 7 - 14 days.
